Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are final with no refunds except as required by law. Purchases must be completed before draw closures. We're not responsible for technical issues preventing timely purchases. Tickets are valid only for the specified draw date and cannot be transferred or resold.
Prize Claims
Winners must claim prizes within 180 days. Winnings over $5,000 require identity verification and tax documentation. Prizes are paid via approved methods only. We may withhold payments from accounts under investigation until resolution.
Payment Terms
All transactions are in AUD. Failed payments may result in ticket cancellation. We employ fraud detection systems and may require additional verification for suspicious transactions. Chargebacks will lead to account suspension and potential legal action.
Account Security
You're responsible for maintaining account confidentiality. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We'll never ask for passwords via email. Two-factor authentication is recommended for enhanced security.
Prohibited Conduct
Automated systems, bots, or scraping tools are forbidden. Collusion, cheating, or exploiting system vulnerabilities will result in account termination and forfeiture of winnings. Commercial use of our services without authorization is strictly prohibited.
Dispute Resolution
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the incident. We'll attempt to resolve disputes amicably. Unresolved matters may be referred to the relevant Australian gambling authority. Legal proceedings must be initiated in NSW courts.
Liability Limitations

Service Modifications
We may modify or discontinue services with 30 days' notice. Material term changes will be communicated via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Historical draws will remain accessible for results verification.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, with remaining balances returned subject to fees. You may close your account by contacting support, with any winnings processed according to standard procedures.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by NSW laws. Any disputes will be resolved in Australian courts. We comply with all applicable Australian gambling regulations and licensing requirements.
